Moths at Saron, Llandysul

A first for me on Sunday was this tiny Small White Wave which I have never seen here before.

I find that ragwort is usually full of life but recognising it is poisonous to livestock I let it flower and once it starts to seed I remove the heads to avoid it spreading to neighbouring land. This year I have seen the tiny crab spiders, which change colour to reflect the plant, so on thge ragwort these were yellow. I also found this caterpillar so if anyone knows what it is please do let me know. I also found the other which is probably another insect so any ID info gratefully received. Thanks.
