National Moth Week

My last trap for this event produced only 65 moths, however these were of 35 species so quite diverse. They included a few Firsts for the Year including a Blackneck that escaped as I tried to pot it, Lozotaenia Forsterana, Lesser Yellow Underwing, my first Fan-foot for some time and a tiny Short-Cloaked moth, significantly smaller than Lozotaenia.

You can see the Fanfoot's long palps recurved upwards.
