A couple of mines...

Just a quick post. I`ve been doing some leaf mining and among the very common species, two of slight interest have turned up recently.

The first was what I suspect is Chrysoethia sexgutella, found commonly in stands of Chenopodium growing on a disused allotment plot at Bryntirion, Llanelli. Nearly all were vacated at this stage. Photo below:



The other was Stigmella sakhalinella on birch at a brownfield site in south Llanelli (Morfa de-tinning works). Photo below:
