Two Butterflies to record
Yesterday at Telpyn Pont we had a Grizzled Skipper along with a yellow shell moth, and today along the Pembrey Burrows there was a Green Hairstreak basking in the sun.
A grizzled skipper is a good record for these cliffs. It occurs at MoD Pendine (stable dunes) but it`s a probable first for the Telpyn area. Remember to jot down the grid refs/dates etc to pass on to the county recorders.

ReplyDeleteThat's great news about the Grizzled Skipper! I'll try and dig out your email address and ask for a grid ref.
