Three Autumn FFY's.....

.....Were among only 12 species seen at Cwmllwyd last night: Feathered Thorn, November Moth Epirrita agg. and Chestnut.

Others included Flounced Chestnut, Red-line Quaker, Black Rustic and half-a-dozen Green-brindled Crescents.

  2. In the last 3 weeks of trapping at the weekend at Cilycwm I have had species and nothing for the last 2 weeks. I don't understand what's going on!

  3. Perhaps the weather was poor for trapping on those particular nights or your trap has n`t a wide enough `visual catchment`? I`ve been finding my actinics far better than the MV when leaving out overnight for the last few traps.
