A short note: some more garden trapping at Pwll.
It looked suitable to trap last night (14/10/14), with no rain forecast until late morning on Weds, so out went the home traps. Eighteen species of macro-moths and three of micros, the species including FFY beaded chestnut, a single l-album wainscot, November moth agg., pale mottled willow, silver y, large wainscot, Blair`s shoulder-knot (x3), lunar underwings, green brindled crescents, red-line quakers and another late yellow-tail.
