Pugs are About

Yes, the arrival of two pugs overnight reminded me that it's time to face the perennial problem of identifying some of them.  Fortunately these two appeared to be of the same species, and were relatively large and well-marked.  Considering the time of year, and having consulted the excellent 'Pugs of Lancashire' guide, I suspect that they are Brindled Pugs, but would be grateful for confirmation or otherwise.  Other arrivals included a Coxcomb Prominent, Least black Arches and Purple Thorn, all firsts for the year here.

  1. Thanks Chris for putting me onto Lancashire Pugs guide, it is really easy to understand and helps that they are month related. I had 1xOak-tree and 1xBrindled and I think a Common Pug on the 28-4 which I will put on the blog to get comments Cheers
