Concurrent with the arrival of silver y`s and other moth migrants have been the daytime red admirals, which are quite prevalent here at the coast near Llanelli at present. The one below was feeding at my garden `nectarium` where deliberate planting of nectar-rich flowers attracts butterflies and moths. It was feeding at black-eyed Susan Rudbeckia fulgida, a reliable and non-invasive (it spreads very slowly) garden perennial.
