Last night (23rd September) wasn't as good as I'd hoped, with 1 Silver Y the only migrant. Still, I can't complain at 60 individuals of 28 spp. A fresh Buff Footman seemed very late. The birch-feeding Tortricid Epinotia ramella was new for Cnwc.
Non-moth visitors to the trap were 1 Harlequin Ladybird and 1 female Horse-fly (Haematopota crassicornis, antennae checked carefully because of the late date).
