Another Chimney Sweeper & Small Blue record

Tony Braithwaite has kindly reminded me of two of his records of the above species, made when he was living at Nant-y-llyn, NE of Ffarmers. He lived there - on the edge of a lovely upland ridge with a fantastic bog on top (Cors Bryn Du) until he moved to Dorset about four years ago.
He recorded small blues on 31st July 1999 ( near SN671493) and `two or three` chimney sweepers on 8th July 2000, NE of Nant-y-llyn, `just where the Nant Fawr crosses the mountain road from Ffarmers to Llandddewi Brefi`, SN677501 [very close to the vc boundary with Ceredigion].
I attach another photo of one of last week`s Allt Rhyd y Groes chimney sweepers; a photo of the Pysgotwr and adjacent nice habitat and, for those who are interested (sorry not a lep!), some of the stag`s horn clubmosses that are thriving in the ungrazed SW Carmarthenshire side of the Pysgotwr....all great moth habitat too!
