Moonlander Moth Trap with Goodem Gemlight

Has anyone had any experience of the Moonlander moth trap with Goodden GemLight? It is very light and portable - sounds ideal for the remote areas of our farm but the reviews are not good.It seems to have been re-designed recently and I can't find any recent reviews.

  1. Looks an interesting idea but a bit pricey.

  2. It's absolutely rubbish; the moths have to be flying directly beneath the trap to actually see the light, so it can't work on the ground as is designed. The light that is 'designed' for it actually has no way to attach it to the trap, so be prepared to buy some string and sellotape!

All in all a waste of money. £109 for a net-bag?
